When creatine first hit the market it was sold in a liquid form that was taken under under the tongue. (I can't spell sub lingually...is that right?)
I was told then that creatine was a bunch of b.s. so I steered clear of it and to this day still don't use it.
Now creatine is a legit supplement...go figure.
The supplement market can be an utter confusion and a total rip off.
Everytime I walk in to a nutrtion store to buy some protein they always push some new revolutionary product on me.
I always pass and say maybe next time.
Folks, made this today with Michelle Falsetta. Did a whole body workout using all my favorite tools, like sand bags, TRX, Prowler, etc.

“Those who do not view armed self defense as a basic human right, ignore the mass graves of those who died on their knees at the hands of tyrants.”
That would be false. When creatine first hit the market it was sold as powder as it should be. Later versions came in liquids, etc, etc, as an attempt to make $$$ in the very crowded powder market. All of them were worthless crap.
Powder, mixed into liquid, in the form of monohydrate, is still what works best and has all the supporting data.
You was steered wrong.
That is true. Most of it is worthless, but that does not mean all of it is, and some things (assuming nutrition and training are in order) can be worth using.
