    Surefire 7.62 MINI

    Guys,

For those who may be interested, the 7.62 MINI suppressor is available for dealer order. I had my dealer place my order today. Do not know how long it will be before they ship, but it sounds like it will be a sweet can for the 7.62mm carbines that are so popular now days. Mine will go on my SCAR 17 CQC when I get it in hand.

Model numbers are MINI-762-BK and MINI-762-DE.

Is there a estimated ship date?

I have no idea on that, this being the year of the 30 cal (300 Blackout, and all the 7.62 gas guns on the market), I would imagine not too far out.

Have you already chopped the SCAR-17? If so, pics and details of the work would be great! BTW, that will be a great can for the CQC.

    Cheers

I want to see one before I opt to put the money down. I'd love to mount it to a 300 BLK SBR. Could be interesting.

I've known about it for a bit, actually have been hounding the Suppressor guys about this can for a while so I am thrilled they are making it. This can is the reason I didn't buy an 762SDN6. The size alone has me sold. A .30 cal can the exact size as most 5.56mm cans. I realize there is no free lunch, and I do not know what the actual sound reduction is really not much concern to me. I am very found of this type can. I am all about keeping the weight down on a rifle, and actually this can will make a lot of sense on longer barrel .308s, as it will keep the OAL down.

The Surefire guys seem to have some really kick ass products coming out in the next year. I am real excited about their Titanium cans.

As much as it would help keep the OAL of a full sized .308 down, imagine how much good it will do for the 300 BLK SBRs that are running around. What good is an SBR if you're hanging another 8 inches off the end of it?

Speaking of hanging, you said it was 6" length, but how much past muzzle? Thanks boss.
