Yes, it's like groupon, you buy the coupon from them, and go to USAammo.com to redeem it for an cal you want.

USAammo is also offering 50% off shipping using coupon MOREAMMO at checkout.
I bought the gift certificate, but when i went to use it, the website only credited the gift certificate for $50. I called up USAammo and they said that they were having technical problems and hoped to have it resolved in a few hours. No issue for me, as the coupon is good until December.

Seems like a good deal on re manufactured ammo. If it's junk it's still cheaper for me to pull the bullets, dump the powder and use the components for certain calibers. I'll give it a go, thanks for the link!
