Plugging the drain hole in the receiver extension and adding an o-ring on the buffer will seal up the tube system and make it work like a pneumatic damper and cut recoil by half.
Oiling the bore makes bullets go faster.
Filing a small angle on one side of the bullet tip will make the afore mentioned tumble even more effective, but you can't shoot those more than 50 yards before they destabilize in flight.
Crimp the gas tube to tune lock timing.
An unlatched charging handle will go through your face and come out the back of your head when the first round is fired.
Removing the disconnect will make a slam fire full auto.
Welding the firing pin forward will make a full auto that fires from the open bolt.
