    Thumbs up Pocket MOACKS - Customer Service

    I received a package, but I didn't remember ordering anything recently. I opened it & found a replacement staking screw for the pocket MOACKS. According to the note in the package, there were a few complaints of fail screws. So, Ned Christiansen came up with an improved screw & sent in out free of charge.

    Can't get much better than for customer service.

    PS - The pocket MOACKS is an excellent tool (even before the free upgrade)

    I sent my BCG to Ned for proper staking. He had my BCG turned around and back to me in no time, for a very reasonable cost. If I ever start buying multiple ARs, I'll consider the MOACKS.

    pocket MOACKS

    Good Mention! I remember the same! Got a package in the mail from Ned and YEP!, new staking screws for my Pocket MOACKS. What a deal!! I have discovered that Ned is 1 of the Top "Go To" guys for AR15/M16 problems and fixes! KUDO's Ned, KUDO's! JL

    Yup anyone who is proactive like that on what may not be a real problem is A1!
