The guy in the first video seems to be serious about his rifle. Don't know why anyone would take all that shit seriously though.
I've never seen the cone shaped thingy off the front of the rail out to the muzzle. What the hell is that?

Pause at :32 and see him put his finger on the trigger, then pause at :59 and you'll see that the selector is in the Fire position the whole time.This is why I don't go to local ranges.
