    I dont understand what shooting boxes and water bottles on the ground has anythin to do with training to defend youself in a life and death situation. Alos notice how the did not do a close up on the shot placement on the actual targets. I think this guy would have to pay me to attend his training class

    I guess if you've been in "Real life combat", you don't need to draw from a holster either. That's tight.

    I think we all understand that at some point we shoot instinctive.threat focus etc... pick a term this month

    is it end all be all no unless your D.R Middlebrooks

    but watching her and good on her for at least getting some training
    but the shooting at rocks and bottle on the ground no eye pro it seams
    as well as wasting time and movement to punch out and terrible recoil control for follow up shots poor practice of not using the holster etc..... so on

    Especially snipers i hear you have to point shoot out to 1000 I was a machine gunner never really used sights on M2 or mk19 but the rest was a given

    I've never been in combat but if I ever am I hope to have sights AND a holster. Special indeed!
