    Interesting. . .

    I'll have to research these.

    Good source with free shipping:

If these work, they would a valuable addition for storing 2-way comms, NOD's, and anything else you may want post-SHTF.

Very cool. I have wanted something like this for sometime

These are also very smart when traveling internationally. Your info can be stolen off your smart phone/computer without you knowing. Pull the batteries and put in a faraday cage.

Neat gimmick to make money off the EMP terrified, but they don't provide evidence that the bag actually works to protect items from an EMP (Like say, testing it in an EMP generator).

It's worth noting that the "military specification" these bags are made to isn't actually designed to protect items from an EMP, but from moisture and electro-static discharge (which, no, is not EMP).

    Caveat emptor.

    ....
I ordered a few of these for a buddy and myself. I'm with you, I still wont put 100% faith in them. I bought them to put stuff in which will already be inside ammo cans and hopefully that works.

One thing about Faraday Cages (bags), three metallic potato chip bags will block incoming and outgoing signal from a cell phone. I travel internationally and plan to use one of the 8X8" bags for my smart phone in airports. This $7 bag was a little cleaner using greasy chip bags .
I'll try to get some pics and thoughts on quality when I get them. I obviously don't have an EMP generator to test them....
