There are two different things in the article; the one you linked to on Noveske's page is the 16" described in the second part of the article; the one described in the beginning of the article is a 10.5" SBR - ie one of these: http://noveskerifleworks.com/cgi-bin...ay.cgi?cat=136. If I'm not completely mistaken they have one of each pictured in the article.

I was talking about the authors 16" that he brought to the course.
Then I think that's the one you found on their website. You could email Noveske and ask (with a link to the article) just to make sure.
It's the same barrel, different rail.

Is there an N4 skinny in 16" barrel? All the ones I've seen has a 14.5" barrel, and I don't want a pinned FH.

There is no Skinny 16" at this time.
