Noveske Skinny MOE. Ridiculously light if you don't hang a bunch of chit on it.

BCM has several lightweight barrels available in several configurations. Daniel defense also has lightweight uppers/ rifles. I have a BCM and a DD pencil barreled upper, and they've been excellent uppers.

The Skinny MOE has a 14.5" barrel. I need a 16". They do offer a 16" that weighs in at 6.5 lbs. It looks very nice and is a mid length. I am looking for a built up Top Tier rifle, M4 style, can be standard carbine length, but with a light barrel.

I believe Bravo Co. does also have a couple of complete rifles available in the configuration you are looking for: http://www.bravocompanyusa.com/BCM-B...-M16-s/140.htm
