    Nice!

Our thunderchicken season starts shortly. Hopefully they're gobbling this year. Last year, barely a peep from them.

Model Seven, .308, 168gr Barnes TTSX.

My new favorite bullet for whitetail. Drove through both lungs, heart and a shoulder before sailing off into the woods. The buck jumped once and was dead by the time he stopped sliding down the hill.
Cyril: Oh now that's a breach of trust!

Lana: Do you really want to open this can of trust-breachy worms after I just found you and my ex-boyfriend with a dead hooker in the trunk?

    Cyril: ...I do not.

This was in my back yard of the acreage last week. When I walked up I couldn't tell where I got him. I flipped him over and the results were in! The bullet entered the middle of his forehead.

    Awesome animal and scenery. Congratulations.

Tagged this mangey mutt earlier with my 16" ARP 6.8. 90 grain sierra HP through the lungs dropped it in its tracks!
