What is your Preferred Rifle for mid size game

Honestly,i hate scopes.I just carry my lil Rossi.Shes a lever action "pistol" .44 magnum.Easy to carry and get up to speed if ambushed by a hog or what-not.Not bad at all for pigs,bear and what the like.

To me,deer is small game.But the little rifle works well for them too.

When I am fortunate to have private land to hunt, I use an old Remington 600 in .308 & now I also have a AR barreled in 6.8X43

My Browning A-bolt 270 or my Tikka Big Boar 308 and of course the one I am increasingly using my AR 15 in 6.8 spc.

Apparently for deer I prefer a 2007 Nissan Frontier, as I just bagged one about 2 hours ago with it

Ha, in the early 90's I got two deer within several weeks. One was with my Remington 700 .280 and one with my Chevy K5 350.
