Its a regular MRP with the actual rail sections shaved down. I have debated about doing this to my MWS and also recontouring the CL barrel.

It's definitely an MRP. That looks all sorts of awesome. Considering LMT/KAC's relationship, maybe they're trying a LW configuration similar to the URX 3.

    The rails look very similar.

I am pretty sure it is Wilson Combat's rail: http://shopwilsoncombat.com/TRIM-Tac...fo/TR-TRIM-12/

    Or the newer MRP.

Guys, that's definitely an MRP upper. Whether it's shaved down later or a prototype/new model, it's an MRP. Look very close at the rear and the vent holes.

You can even see how the two screws below the holes are not perfectly level, but the one in front is a little higher. The cutout where they are is also a slightly angled oval.

Proven combat techniques may not be flashy and may require a bit more physical effort on the part of the shooter. Further, they may not win competition matches, but they will help ensure your survival in a shooting or gunfight on the street. ~ Paul Howe

Ok, I sent the pic to LMT. They verified that it is NOT their rail.

So my guess is that it is the WC rail.
