This is going to be an awesome couple of days shooting. This course will be a mix of tactical shooting skills and 'run and gun' type drills.

We have a few seats left fill so don't miss out.

If you have a department issued 37mm or 40mm gas gun, and you want to use it in some of the run and guns by all means bring it. There will be plenty of chances to deploy practice rounds at targets from various positions around the range. This will be great training for Impact Munitions deployment, having to deploy the weapon accurately while under stress.

Lube up the shotguns too and bring a mix of bird, buck and slug. I will challenge you to be able to select the correct round and engage targets accurately at various distances under stress.

See you guys at the range, start time 0800.

I may be able to get my PD to fund this! I will know this week! I love the fact the RB1 is doing stuff so close to home!

Jason, I was talking about this class today with my buddy, who is the Sergeant in charge of our agency's SRT/SWAT team, and handed him a printout of the class info. I told him all about the 2-day Tactical Carbine class I attended with you in Waterbury, CT in July. He seemed pretty interested.

How many spots are still open for this class? Is there a chance of possibly organizing another LE class in CT while your back up this way?

I'm hoping that a few guys from my agency will be able to attend this class, to include me. If not this LI class, then maybe another one in area in the near future.

If you have the students for another CT course, I would be more than happy to put another one on! After speaking with LT Ryan, he was very pleased with the AAR from the CT course.

If you would like to run an LE only course and include some other subjects other than advanced shooting then we can do that too.

Put the word out and see how much interest you receive and if you think we can put a course together at short notice in CT, I think I should be able to run it on the backside of the LI course.

PM me with further details once you have them.

    Thanks,
