IG expounds sound, sage advise... yet so many are hesitant to follow. Go to a reputable gunsmith to have the FSB correctly mounted in the 12 o'clock position. It will make a world of difference.

You maybe able to fix this. Many times, the reason that the FSB is canted is because the pins are not pushed all the way back in. So first check this (as this might correct the issue).

Edited to add, glad everything worked out and BCM took care of you.

BCM checks their FSB's with a laser so I am just about certain that it was perfect when it came to you.

Bravo Company agreed to look at the upper even though it was worked on by someone else. It arrived today repaired and good as new. I'm still not sure what exactly happened to it but BCM made it right. Customer service is A+ in my book. They went above and beyond what's expected of them. I can't say enough good things about them.
I'm glad they fixed it. I would have liked to know who's fault it was though. The important thing is that it is fixed though.

I would believe this. One thing that gets on my nerves is an iron sight that's maxed out to the left to get it zero'd. BCM and Colt have been the most consistent (in my limited exposure) to looking at rifles. It seems like their rear sights are always right in the middle.

There have been issues with them posted before, a big fiasco occurred at LF.net.

I've heard many good things about ADCO but I have also heard enough negatives that I won't ever let them touch my rifle.
