    AI-AW w/S&B 3-12x

I have always wanted an AI, period.

The opportunity came along to grab a squared away package locally.

I have no range review as I picked it up 2 nights ago but this weekend I'll put some time down range on it.

It is...as heavy as it looks...

Excuset the quality of the pictures, new cell phone and trying out the camera phone.

Nice rifle! The price of AI's has really sky rocketed lately so buying used was a great decision.

I have heard that, is that because of the dollar/euro exchange?

What is a base AI going for now?

Awesome rig Derek. The base AI which is the AE is in the 3K+ now. I got mine for less than 2K a few years back.

awwwwww Derek YOU SUCK I'm so jealous! you have S&B on an AI and I'm stuck with a Bushnell 3200 on my 700P LTR until I get rich again!

No, really, great stick and congrats on a great deal. Shoot the heck out of it and let us know just how accurate it is. When I get REALLY rich again I'll put my LTR in an AICS.

Shot it yesterday, not very far but the results were boringly accurate....

Will update when I get the can on it and see how it does at extended ranges

I skip the 300 yard lanes and go straight to the 650 range, and it is still somewhat boring yet fun at the same time. Finally took some better pictures of the setup:

Reconfirming zero with BH 175s for the first time, on the bag:

View through spotting scope of me setting up targets, stills feels like a long ways away:

After christmas, its 1k or bust.
