Here it comes...knife control in Boston.

    http://www.theblaze.com/stories/bost...t-knife-sales/

Coming from the Blaze, but a "holy cow, what ****ing idiots," piece. Two councilmen are wanting to restrict the sell of knives in Boston because Mothers and Grandmothers have seen their loved ones stabbed.

Their rhetoric reminds me what the anti-gun crowd regurgitate.

Check out the video below of the two winners wanting these "regulations."

Is Boston really "set" to ban knives or is this just a proposal by a couple misguided idiots that isn't going to go anywhere after national ridicule?

I ask this because I remember reading about how Hawaii was going to ban knives some time ago and it turned out to just be one state legislator douchebag. Think it got killed in committee.

In NY the "possession" of nunchaku is illegal.

This means you can own a gun, but should you string two sticks together in your home, you are now a criminal.

I can't express in words how absurd and offensive such a thing is to me in this country.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

NY has truly chickenshit knife and ( IIRC ) pepperspray laws . I have heard but can not confirm that the two get-arounds for pepper spray laws are wasp spray ( the kind that shoots 15 feet or so ) and or oven cleaner .
I think ( albeit in hindsight ) that Plaxico Burress would have been much better served by an old claymore bag with a can of Easy-Off and one of the short skinny cans of Spectracide Wasp & Horne Killer.
He could have even Kim-Chi ( Golden Ki ) engineered a a way to carry a Surefire Z2 and the hierloom handcrafted kitchen knife ( from his last visit to his Grandmother ) that he forgot was in there .
Or he could carry all that stuff & more in a $1469.99 custom made team logo waist pack , or gentleman's shoulder bag .
Mr. Burress has the money to hire a Dream Team of lawyers if unforseen problems happen to develop .
It worked for O. J. from the Cleveland Browns . The lawyers that is , I don't know what he used to murder those two people .

So.......what was the reason why they banned Numchucks? Most martial arts that I have done, we always joke about the wannabes with them and how they really have no practical use. One of my childhood friend's dad carried a small rope with him everywhere he went. No joke, dude took out my friend during practice who had a boken.

Politicians watch too much damn TV. Guess their favorite Ninja Turtle wasn't Michelangelo.
