First build with some changes, BCM/Vltor/DD/etc.

I started building this a few months ago and never made a thread about it. I decided that I wanted a general purpose carbine. Here are the specs:

    BCM 16" 1/7 Twist BFH
    BCM FA BCG
BCM Gunfighter CH w/ Medium Latch
    DD Lite 12"
    Vltor MUR w/ Shell Deflector\FA
    Vltor Low-pro GB, non-pinned
    BCM's mid-length gas tube
    Magpul XTM Panels
Magpul MBUS Front & Rear, Gen 2
    Battlecomp 2.0
    Magpul RVG
    Spike's Tactical Stripped Lower
    DD LPK
    Geissele SSA
    B.A.D-A.S.S Ambi Selector
    Magpul MIAD
    Magpul Trigger Guard
Vltor A5 Receiver Extension w/ EMOD Stock
    Vltor QD Rear Swivel
    Aimpoint CompM4s
    Larue LT659-T

The pics absolutely blow, sorry. I'm the kind of guy who dumps $1500+ on a rifle and uses a $30 camera.

All that's really left to do is:
    - Stake the castle nut because I keep forgetting to do it.
    - Find a forward sling attachment point.
    - Figure out a good illumination setup.
    - Aimpoint 3x magnifier/mount.

Amazing build man, everything used are top notch, or at least imo it is.

    Have fun shooting it!!!

btw, do you have a weight of the rifle?

Thanks. Unfortunately I don't have a scale to weigh it on, so I'm not really sure about the weight.

I finally got it out to the range yesterday. 210 rounds fired without any issues and I'm pretty happy with it. I did some drills... and I'm going to admit that the A5/BC 2.0 combo did not offer a noticeable improvement. I honestly can't tell the difference between the BC 2.0 and an A2 FH. The A5 didn't feel smoother in any way. It's probably better suited for a different setup. The increased LOP is a nice option for me though, as I have gorilla arms, so not all is lost.

I went ahead and added a DD QD mount on the rail. The Vickers Padded Sling came with QD swivels because I'm too damn lazy to do it myself. It's a great sling and I'm finally getting away from my MS2. I chose the M600C for lighting. Unfortunately, I haven't had the chance to use it at night. The switch is secured with a bicycle inner tube because I'm HSLD. The wire is loose in this picture, awesome.

I'm still stalking various EEs to find a NIB Aimpoint magnifier at a reasonable price.
