    It's that issue of cells going out that concerns me. I also believe that a Z32 is cheap insurance to help avoid this. That's probably why SF puts them in their LED conversion heads.

    How does the SI bezel help prevent batteries from going bad?

    Well my G2 and my $12 Cree came this week and I gotta say it's seems to be $12 well spent as it's as bright or brighter than my G2L and makes the Incan. look like candle power and gives me increased run time as well as LED reliability. I still have the Incan. in case of failure and or weather issues that have been mentioned so I also got some adaptability when hunting POSSUMS or ZOMBIES at night.
