Anybody can offer opinions, or criticize and there are certainly times when it's based on personal experience, which I assume to be the case here with you. You said YHM is crap, aside from what you said earlier, I'm just wondering what experience as an armorer have you had with YHM? Please don't get me wrong, I'm not trying to take you to task here, but you did open the door with your comment; so I don't think it's unfair of me to ask you to substantiate your claim. So what do you say?
You do know that he and this forum gets at least one post similar to yours every week.
People just get tired of answering the same questions and don't want to waste the time and bandwidth.
As far as BUIS, I have no experience with the YHM sights, but do run Troys and MagPuls. The Troys are nice but for the price, MagPuls are hard to beat and what are going on my Son's build. They have the CDI spring up feature you seem to want and are priced less than the YHM sights.
Other than that, take the advice offered here - finish your rifle and enjoy it, there really isn't anything else you can do at this point. In all reality, it will do everything you ask it to. If it doesn't, then recock with the knowledge you get here. Don't look for an argument or try to justify your build. If you want answers, don't expect to be spoon fed, just spend some time reading the hundreds of threads about X vs Y.

“The ruling class doesn’t care about public safety. Having made it very difficult for States and localities to police themselves, having left ordinary citizens with no choice but to protect themselves as best they can, they now try to take our guns away. In fact they blame us and our guns for crime. This is so wrong that it cannot be an honest mistake.” – former U.S. Sen. Malcolm Wallop (R-Wy.)
