I know, right? Go figure. Women...

OTOH, my wife is quite the horsewoman and loves those associated smells. When I point that out, she brings up the obvious rebuttal point about not bringing her horses in the house.

It's a commercial pneumatic Handi-Lift. It's for working on motorcycles/snowmobiles/quads at eye-level in a nice warm workshop. Overkill for working on firearms , but just right for a Harley-Davidson Softail.

I wish I had a "room" for this stuff. But between the countless boxes of "memories" (read crap) that I have to keep because my wife can't throw anything away... ever, I've got little space, but that is changing soon. Finally cleared out a spare bedroom in the basement and I am quickly filling it with my gun stuff so she can't find something to do with that room.

It will have my reloading desk (which currently resides in the cold, unfinished room in the basement), another desk for Kydex work with skill saw, belt sander/disc, small toaster oven and press. Three 4-shelf racks for ammo, powder, accessories.

Thinking about just putting down plywood on the floor so as not to ruin the carpet and ease in cleanup.

    Soon, it will be MINE!!!!

As for right now, I usually throw down an old sheet over the kitchen table and clean/fix/work on my guns there. As for priming brass and such, I usually use a hand primer and do it while watching TV with the wife.
Time flies when you throw your watch.

Add another for that list. What confuses me is nail polish remover doesn't bother her at all when she's doing that, but my cleaning solvent is somehow turrible

Good point. Nail polish remover stinks like hell too. The smell from my open S&L Dunkit kit is like room freshener to me! Love that stuff.

Sweet toaster oven!! Mine is the kitchen table, if I used the garage you would find me dead of heat exhaustion or dehydration within an hour.

I've had my dizzy broad bust out the nail polish remover in the car while I'm driving. I shut that stupidity down quick.
