Identifying CCW in an active shooter situation

Although this is designed for Law Enforcement, this may be a great idea to have for CCWers. How about a blue banner with the words CCW or Armed Citizen? Let me know what you think?

They do have a CCW banner. I think this is brilliant!

I wouldn't carry one of those. I would call 911, let them know I'm a CCW holder and I'm on the scene, let them know what I'm wearing. Carrying one of those homo looking flags around is like wearing a helmet in the off chance you trip on a beer bottle.

These things remind me of those dumb ass glow belts we had to wear in the Navy; for all the dip shit sailors that were too stupid to look both ways and walk on side walks. I think it's something that started out as a good idea but just wont work.

It is amazing to me the firearms related things that get made, that no one wants or needs, while there all kinds of things people actually want and clamour for and never get made.

This is right up there on my necessity list as one of those fake police badges that "identifies" you as CCW. No Thanks!

Ehhhhhhhhhh....I don't really dig things like this. Looking at it from a numbers standpoint...are there any stats on how many people have been dusted by the police while they had there CCW piece out?

So much information is being put into the dispatch center during an active shooter situation your description might be passed along as the shooter in question, rather than an armed citizen. Their focus is on IDing the shooter. When you have an armed citizen on scene that adds to IDing problems. You are not their focus, the shooter is. Combine another armed unknown person into the situation and bad things can happen.
