What if he actually did threaten her? If someone has some evidence other than a weak-willed suicide that the girlfriend lied...speak up. Otherwise it's pure speculation and ultimately due process is a process. Or is just because she's a "heartless bitch" and this guy is a gun owner? Is that it?

It wouldn't be the first time someone guilty of a crime claimed to be innocent. Nor would it be the first time committed suicide to get back at someone.

Sure it's sad, but I don't waste much time or sympathy on those that off themselves because they can't find the sand to stand up and fight for their innocence.

Do California gun laws suck? Sure do which is why if I had a quarter million in collector firearms, I'd find another state to live.

My guess is that he know he was guilty and couldn't face up to the music. Seriously what a bunch of bullshit, I've watched people (and kids) die slow painful deaths from cancer and still cowboyed up and took their medicine, by comparison, this is a walk in the park. I can't believe anyone is wasting an ounce of sympathy on this lamer.

Maybe he should have been offered a pistol and a bullet in a room with tile floors and a drain.

But you're right. "Man the **** up and go to prison no matter what because somewhere out there a kid has cancer." If you want to use that as the basis to excuse any government action on anyone we would should all submit to lengthy prison stays because a kid a has cancer somewhere in the world.

Back away, man. He's not one of us. You're only going to get dirty rolling around in the mud with him.

    Oh please...enough with the histrionics.

No one said the government was right. Only check your own emotions and biases at the door and objectively evaluate the facts.

I'm always amazed at those that claim to be such skeptics, will check that skepticism at the door when it suits their ideological agenda.

It's called critical thought and if by applying it it means I'm not "one of you"...well then thank God I'm not a ****ing retard who believes anything a dipshit suicide will say.

Life is hard, shit gets ****ed up, and there is no real justice in the world. Deal with it. Your worst day above ground and vertical beats the shit out of your best day dead and 6 feet under.

Even if completely innocent...harden the **** up and fight for your rights rather than taking the coward's way out.

If life were a movie you would be the dude in Kingdom of Heaven cutting the head off of the 'suicide'.

Is there any evidence that he was in fact innocent of his charged crimes?
