Realization/Goal for me, average civilian shooter: Spend at least 5 hours dry firing, drills, shooting, getting proper live instruction for every 1 hour spent surfing forums about equipment set up.

M4C is the only site I can not access on my iPad, that leads me to believe there is something wrong with the site and since it started about 2 weeks ago it backs up my theory

Will be glad when the site is back to normal

Follow the above instructions on flushing your DNS and you shouldn't have any more issues.

I tried that to no avail.

Turned iphone 4 airplane mode on, turned off and restarted phone. Cleared cache, etc, reset network settings.

After 3 page loads it won't load anymore, unless I wait about 15 minutes.

Me thinkums this has more to do with measures put in place regarding the DoS attack.

    Flush DNS cache on iPad
My IP address conflict and can't resolve to the new one. How can I flush the DNS cache on my iPad?

To flush DNScaches, just reset iPad network settings.

Tap Setting > General > Reset, then tap Reset Network Settings.
Doing the "Reset Network Settings" deletes your wireless connections, not just "flushing DNS cache. You'll have to configure them again.

I agree. iPads are excluded apparently as an anti-hacking measure. Probably not intentional, but an unfortunate side effect.

Download opera mini from the app store. Looks like it works fine. I have been able to login, browse around, view new posts and post this reply without the timeout issue.

Eta: i was also able to edit this post. Watch out, spell check is not enabled in the opera mini browser.

I was thinking this was a Safari problem; some kind of conflict with the way Safari does busisness after the while site hacking incident.

I'm not a huge fan of work around solutions, as they tend to ignore the actual problem...but I way give it a go.
