I know you were being silly. I have seen that go on a bunch of times...

Expert: "I would say its worth between $12,000 and $15,000"

Rick: "So how much did you want for it?

    Seller: "I was thinking $12,000"

Rick: "We're not even in the same universe...I'll give you like....eight hundred bucks."

But have you actually seen him buy gold? He pays a pretty fair share of what the market for gold actually is (80-90%) which is alot for a pawn shop. I saw some guy get a solid $100,000 for his gold bullion. I did the math and it worked out to around $1,500 an ounce.
Why do the loudest do the least?

I'm gonna post only one pic of this next item in question and a few little hints or things I know, then tomorrow night I will share what I have been told it is, as well as try my best to capture the truly amazing thing that this relic does or displays.

Hints...political in nature, the answer lies within, Not Garfield the cat, but Garfield the ??? There is apparently at least one other of this item in existence and it's located currently in the Smithsonian.

A shirt button commemorating James A. Garfield's inauguration?
Cyril: Oh now that's a breach of trust!

Lana: Do you really want to open this can of trust-breachy worms after I just found you and my ex-boyfriend with a dead hooker in the trunk?

    Cyril: ...I do not.

Ok gents, I must have tried to capture this image 100 times with the camera but this was the best I could do...I think it should suffice to convey what exactly this little piggy does

Directions for use: Hold the little piggy b/t your fingers and point it towards a direct source of light....then stare directly into the the pig's ass***e(LOL), and you will see the most detailed image of President Chester Garfield's bust and face that you could imagine. I mean you can see the individual whiskers and hairs of his beard. It's mind blowing when you figure the time period it was created in.

Look into it through this hole...

This is the exit hole to view the light source...

Finally this is the partial image and a crappy one at that of what you will see...

That's a neat little peice..something you don't see everyday. Did your dad ever do any digging for artifacts on the property? One thing I could never understand is using wool clothing in the southern heat,I've wondered how many of those poor bastards on either side keeled over from heat exhaustion alone...

So... why put the image up the pig's ass? Was it intended to mock Garfield?

This is all I have on the subject. Perhaps both sides made them.

It's my understanding that they just found these bullets below kinda randomly over the years as they lived on quite a bit of property that included river front access as well as a pond and then a main house and little house...so between roaming around the property, they managed to I guess just find one or two here and there rather than a dedicated archaeological dig. I would imagine with a trained eye and some proper tools one could have many, many more artifacts and bullets. Crow Hunter had already informed me a bit on these bullets and arrowheads from my mother's birthplace home but I figure I will post them up here as well.
