I wanted to send out a thank you to B5 for standing by their product. I purchased a B5 SOPMOD in FDE from a reputable online dealer around thanksgiving time in anticipation of the getting my stamp for my factory DDMK18 SBR. When I got the SBR a few weeks ago, I was disappointed when my new stock would not fit - it was too tight. As in it took two of us to get it on then off. Trying a few other stocks I had on hand confirmed the SOPMOD was off...
I emailed Mark who has stated in this thread to contact him directly with questions or issues that night. Mark responded immediately via email and text message that he would take care of the issue immediately. Sure enough both Judd and Mark from B5 advised they sent out a new stock the next day with a return shipping label for the defective stock. I got the new stock tonight and it fits perfectly.
I appreciate the quick response and them making it right. I have two B5 SOPMODs and look forward to trying the Bravo. Thanks again Mark and Judd.
