Trying to get any information available regarding this Model 67 with Engraving. Came in a wood presentation box that also included 4 rounds of Winchester head stamped RNL .38 special. Serial number is 3K36xxx. Mainly curious about whether or not this was some sort of factory 1 off, or something a gunsmith had done. Pics below.

You've got a Model 67, made in 1972. The engraving may or may not be factory. Have you looked under the grips for the engraver's initials?
You can get a factory letter and find out where it was shipped, and how it left the factory.
