I've YET to see one with perfectly aligned feed ramps.

Using round caps on thier 20" guns is WIERD.

So for $1000 you are getting a $400 optic and paying $600 for the gun. Thats a pretty smokin deal if you break it down like that. And I KNOW these guns are better than the CMMG bargain bin guns which are around $600. I have done more to my buddies 2 CMMG bargain bin guns to get them running than I would have to to this gun if it came with mis aligned feed ramps and the wrong gas tube.

In the above picture from Breadstick, are the Feed Ramps correct? Maybe I missed it but I haven't read any complaints the Ramps in the picture.
Looks like the barrel ramps are not deep enough to transition into the Receiver Ramps. Seems like the bullet point could hang up...?

    But maybe it's just me...

Nope not an issue, doesn't even mar the bullet. It could be just the flash from the camera.

Not one hang up, smooth cycle. Those pics are before I fired it.

I even fired some of those "varment grenade" bullets that have that aggressive HP and no problem, before I shot it I cycled five rounds manually and checked the rounds....no damage.

Even the finger rub...you can't feel it.

Mine are maybe 1/2 a mm off, I couldn't even tell until I ran a finger along the edge, then took a shot with my DSLR and blew it up a lot to see it.

And my 16" PSA dissy also uses a round cap.

I'm going to have to try one of these. Waiting on the next lower sale to build one up.

If they are 1/2 as good as I think, it won't take much to get it running hard

I have a PSA rifle that has performed 100% flawlessly for me. I've put several hundred rounds through it and I've yet to see anything I don't like about it. If the company messes up and sends you a short gas tube, or misaligned feedramps, then they are obviously going to fix that problem for you. They're still providing quality components for amazing prices. My rifle ran me a total of $670 not including the EOTech or grip. For an AR with a chrome-lined barrel, magpul-furniture, and free float rail system, I'd say that's pretty damn good.

Every company experiences start-up problems. What they do about those problems will determine what kind of company they are

In addition to the oversight from PSA this also goes to show you that many people simply do not know how to inspect a weapon properly BEFORE they fire it, or they simply didn't do it.

I don't know how it's even possible for the builder to overlook this...(It's a PSA upper)

Two in one night. Another PSA upper with the wrong gas tube installed. I wonder how many rifles they shipped like this?

As others have said, I hope PSA does well. Being a relatively young company, there may be some growing pains. Hopefully QC is improved.

Am I the only one who caught this?
PSA is basically giving an Aimpoint Pro to anyone getting their Patrol rifle, while SKD won't sell it unless you're " (LE/Mil/Govt/Security Only) "
