The 300 Blackout .3" bore diameter means that there is much more volume to burn all that spent powder vs. a 5.56 8" barrel. So I don't think you have much to worry about. Added the fact that it is completely inconel it makes for a solid can. I am merely going to run my 762SD which is only inconel on the blast baffle for suppressing mine. I have personally seen folks using 9mm & 45cal suppressors on their 300 blackout while running subsonics... as for supersonics I think you need to stick with a 30 cal can like you are doing.
I however took an extra step and had a brakeout mount put on my Noveske 8" that is clearing a Form 4 as we speak for extra measure.

do you have enough bbl exposed to fix that can? oh I see you have the 762SD, not the 762SD-6, not sure how much overlap is needed for that one. I just ask because I am waiting on my AAC as well and trying to figure out what TRX rail is going to work best.
