Why do the loudest do the least?
This situation is not simply Obamas fault. Our current economic crisis had been in the works for many years before he took office and had been predicted as far back as early in Bush's first term. This country has been going downhill for years and the fault rest on more Presidents hands than just the current one or the last one. Our problems also cross the political aisle and rest on the shoulders of both parties as well. They're all crooks and have played equal parts in destroying this country.
I agree that Obama was dealt a poor hand when entering office and the problems that we have started many years ago and both parties share the blame for the situation that we are in.
That said, Obama took a bad hand and made it worse through the massive increase in federal spending and the implementation of poorly thought out regulations like the healthcare bill. All Obama has done has either blamed Bush for the first two years and more recently blamed congress for the nation's ills. Obama is certainly not in the mold of Truman who stated that the "The buck stops here." Furthermore, many leaders throughout history were given bad hands and through good leadership rose to the challenge and succeeded. I don't think when Ronald Reagan inherited a terrible economy and morally depressed nation from Jimmy Carter that he constantly blamed Carter after 2 or 3 years in office. A even better example might be with Winston Churchill becoming prime minister in 1940. Britain's back was to the wall and under threat of invasion and despite this situation you never saw Churchill whine about how Neville Chamberlain got them in this situation. Bottom line is good leaders rise to the challenge before them and poor leaders whine, blame others, or cover up problems that they have.
Exactly. Despite his ideology he is also a poor leader, and was probably one of the worst candidates to elect going into the housing bubble pop.
His entire time in office since day 1 has been blaming others but never taken responsibility for the nation or himself.
