I’m a little surprised that there is not a standardized port size for a given gas length and barrel length.

Maybe create a sticky page with them. What’s the port size on a 24' barrel?

many companies consider it a trade secret or vary for different reasons (softer shooting being an example).

Many times there is an individuals preference behind it. But Colt has the TDP, so I am sure they are the "standard" for port sizes.


and a 24 foot barrel is pretty long
