To the OP, here is a link to the mag pouch for your duty belt. A 20 Pmag fits comfortably behind a pistol mag pouch.

Great advice already given. I think before I spent any money, go ahead remove the redi-mag and eotech. Handle the rifle this way and see if it feels right. I agree about the 14.5 vs 16 barrel, but would not cut the barrel, rather I would look for a 14.5 and swap it out, keeping the 16" colt for back-up. I noticed quite a bit of difference, albeit it may have been mental, when handling my 14.5 vs 16. As far as anything else, I think you have received about all the options that one should consider already. Micro t1 +14.5+mag onthe belt+lighter stock+diff. vfg or none at all-> FTW.
Lose the Eotech for a H1 that will save about 8 ounches or so. Lose the light for an X300 that will save a bit. Lose the quad rail for a Troy TRX and that will save even more weight. Lose the VFG total waste in my opinion and I used to like them. I would not go back to a stock Colt stock as another poster said hate those things now. I like the Vltor Emod the Imod is lighter though I have both.

To the OP:
If weight is that much of a concern for you, I would ditch the Redi-Mag and replace the ACS with a Vltor iMod.
Also look at replacing your Eotech 516 for an Eotech XPS or an Aimpoint Micro.
Other options that have already been covered are switching to a upper receiver with a lightweight profile barrel. A 16" BCM light weight middy with a Troy "Alpha" BattleRail would save you some weight over your current Colt upper.

On another site someone did the math and it came out that while the weight difference between a 16.1" bbl and a 14.5" pinned bbl is not much objectively, the longer bbl requires an additional ~7.5 oz of upward force, which IS noticeable when handling.
I'm not one for thinking permanently attached muzzle devices are the best option, but it sounds like a cut to 14.7", reprofile to LW, and pinned A2 FH are good permanent options if he decides the weight of the accessories is necessary. As for value, it's a tool. And as for permanent, a quick trip to ADCO can take care of that problem. Is it more expensive? Yes, but it's not 100% permanent.
OP, lose the ACS and on-board batteries. Move Mag #2 to your duty belt and lose the redi-mag. Go to a 20 rd mag. Once you've done that look at the more expensive option of a new light like an M300, X300, or TLR-1. If that 's still not enough look into the barrel modifications.
