    Very Nice

I like the way it is roll marked m4 Carbine without the Sporter
So what does it have a bullet button?

Not trying to take away from a potentially awesome rifle and Grant's topic, but why the heck did Colt go with that front sight for all their new rifles?

... it is pretty robust looking if nothing else.

With the new roll mark, is it safe to assume that every time a model begins production with that new mark that there will be a Ca model available? Seems likely to me.

Do you know whether or not Colt plans to offer just the complete lower?

They use it on all their 6940 series/type (CA, P, 901). The 6940 is their most accurate AR so my guess is that they think shooters will want to put a scope on it (hence the need to flip up sights).

While it is not the most elegant FSB, it is built like a tank.

It needs to have a BB installed in order to be CA legal.

Many people like the new M4 Carbine roll mark. Unfortunately, that roll mark is only coming on NEW SKU's. So all the CA outfitted AR's get it (6920CA, 6940CA, 6920MPCA).

So in my mind, if you really like the new roll mark AND want it on a 6920, buy the CA version and just pull the BB.

Could be. I asked if they were going to make a 6720CA, 6721CA, 6450CA and they said no.
