    Basically, closer to mil spec.

    Gotcha, thanks.

I swear both laws are so gay. They actually prevent nothing nor do they make anything safer. They simply prevent us from mounting bayos and require Canadian shooters to carry a bag full of low capacity magazines.
It's hard to be a ACLU hating, philosophically Libertarian, socially liberal, fiscally conservative, scientifically grounded, agnostic, porn admiring gun owner who believes in self determination.

    Chuck, we miss ya man.

    They should fit fine.
I wonder why these say it will work on CZ but not CAI or D-Tech

I still have yet to grasp the though process behind one rivet stopping a criminal from drilling it out resulting in standard capacity magazine.

That is weird, I thought for some reason CZ rifles used D-Tech receivers... I'll have to go crack the safe now out of curiosity. Unless of course Templar sneaks in and saves me the tripD

CZ-USA 58's are the same rifle that D-Technik import.

I don't know what the Canadian version of CZ-USA imports/sells though.

PradoTrade sold a lot of CZ handguns to Canadians back in the late 70's and 80's.

My D-techs came in CZ marked boxes, Canadians have much different laws regarding receivers and such, so they might have straight neutered VZ-58s

nope those would be considered converted autos and are prohib, look into the whole norinco type 97 fiasco if you want to see what passing off converted auto recievers as newly manufactured semi auto recievers gets you. Our CZ-858's from CZ are built on new semi auto only recievers. There are apparently also internal differences between the CSA and the CZ made guns we get up here.

The goal is not to stop criminals per se...it's to stop criminals who don't own dremel tools. That is the real enemy.
Full disclosure: I'm the editor of Calibre Magazine, which is Canada's gun magazine. In the past I've done consulting work for different manufacturers and OEM suppliers, but not currently. M4C's disclosure policy doesn't seem to cover me but we do have advertisers, although I don't handle that side of things and in general I do not know who is paying us at any given time.
