    My son's 1st Hog!

He shot it with a stag arms AR 15 in 6.8 spc. He's 8 years old. He is really excited!

He shoots one on the right side of screen.

tell the big guy nice shooting, again anyway. Good shooting!
How big of a hog was it?

If you could explain a little about the hunt prep I'd be very interested in reading how you Texan fellas get ready for a hog hunt.

Great video, now you have something to share for years instead of verbal stories.

It wasn't too huge but probably about 125 lbs or so. As far as prep I just brought my normal hunting gear and brought layers of clothes for some of the cold in the morning. Parker practiced with his rifle before at the range several times and we shoot his bb gun a lot in the back at lots of different targets.

    Great job Dad!

I made the mistake of showing the video to my seven year old. Now I am getting grilled on why he hasn't been out to shoot a hog.

Great shooting Parker! I'm glad to see you able to take your boy hunting. Some of my best memories of my dad are from when he took me hunting as a kid.
