Galco COP 3-Slot at 3 o'clock in the high ride slot. I sold off almost all my other holsters after finding that this set up did everything for me.

OWB, Wild Bill's Concealment Contour Belt Slide (http://www.wildbillsconcealment.com/). The holster is very well made and holds my 1911 securely, yet it is still easy to draw. The setup is relatively comfortable, although my 1911 has a tendency to pull down my belt a bit. I don't notice it all the time, but enough to make it an issue to note.

As far as concealment goes...it seems to do the job. Most t-shirts will cover enough of the setup to carry it. The bulge from the pistol is minimal and when and if the bottom portion of the holster/pistol peaks out from under a shirt it isn't instantly recognizable for what it is (with my 4" barrel 1911).
