x300 for $159 at Sportmans Warehouse

Back to the x300 though, are they normally extremely tight on the rail. I'm installing it on a Noveske and I almost need to hammer it on.

The $159.00 is a really good price. And yes they are tight locked on a rail. Mine seem to be much tighter/stiffer to take off a rail than my Streamlight TLR-1.

I went back and bought the last one here in idaho don't know if it's anywhere else, was worth the look though

They said that Surefire is discontinuing the x300?

I believe they meant that Sportsman's was discontinuing them... Its about time for surefire to come out with a new one though isn't it

Maybe they will have something new at SHOT next month. I would think that something would have leaked out by now though.

Ive read in some other threads here where members mentioned some sort of surefire x300 compact/slim coming out, IIRC.

Similar to a streamlight tlr3 possibly, to fit shoter rails like the s&w m&p 9c.

If they are coming out with the compact I wonder if it will drop the x300 price everywhere
