Geissele hands down.
I shot several hundred rounds the other day on my newly installed Geissele SD-3G. Wow is all I have to say. Crisp, clean and oh-so fast without being "hairy." Worth every penny. It's my first Geissele, but it won't be my last.
Geissele. I had a Timney but after about 200 rounds it refused to reset. First it would only reset if I pushed the trigger forward, then it wouldn't reset at all. I sent them an e-mail and they said it was an older vintage and I could send it in if I wanted and they'd take a look at it, but I had an SSA laying around so I just put that in and haven't looked back.
I'm not cool. I just do this stuff for fun.
I have the DMR in a varminter style AR. Right out of the package it was a nice crisp 2-stage trigger but once i took the time to adjust it properly, WOW. It will do everything from thick ice sickle to hardly any ice sickle at all. Only drawback is that the Highspeed line of triggers, including the DMR have a long reset.
I hear the S3G triggers are nice too with a very different feel & much shorter reset then the DMR.
Looks like ill be getting a new Trigger soon also.![]()
I've used the Geiselle DMR and really like it.
I have a Geissele SSA in my AR.
Love it.
Don't want anything else in a fighting rifle.

I have SSA and SSA-E in my ARs. would not put anything else. Just phenomenal triggers.
OP
I've never used the Timney triggers before. My personal choice, I think one of the best triggers made, would be the Geissele SD-C.
They are in all of my rifles. I can't say enough about them.
