Going to have a few variables to deal with there aren't you?

Sure will be interesting to see what you guys come up with. Even then, how will that fix his gun?

For my 12.5 DD upper i run a H2 buffer with a Sprinco blue bufferspring.
It will eat anything i feed it, shoot w out a hiccup, ever.
This type of demonstrated reliability has made it SOP pretty much for every rifle I build and they are total trashcans, bar none.
Considering the quality upper parts you obviously use, in my humble opinion I feel the issue is with your lower set up.
Change spring/buffer and you probably will be gtg.
And even if somehow miraculously it does not fix the problem, you still improved your lower.....

    To the OP,

I have run that PMC bronze almost exclusively in both my Armalites and my BCM with no malfunctions ever over the last few years or so However just yesterday I ran some Wolf and starting having some of the same issues you referred to. I am thinking it is the under powered ammo. While this is not what I wanted out of buying 1k rounds of wolf it is good for me to train with it if nothing more than to practice my malfunction drills. Oh and my experience was that it was not every round or even every mag but 1 out 3 mags or so. Just as a precaution though I set those mags aside so i could test them with the PMC next trip.

    Good luck

    Two separate things.

As for brass after steel case, M193 fired after a lot of Barnaul here.

Sorry I haven't been back in here the last couple days. The Flu has decided to come and stay a while so I haven't had a chance to go out and test anything. I hope to get out tomorrow and do some tests. I also hope that I am able to be around people by Monday. I don't think LAV or any of the other people at class would appreciate me getting them sick.

Today I took my SBR to get it sighted in before my LAV class. The range is an indoor range with more rules than common sense so I was not able to do much to diagnose issues on site.

3 or 4 times over the course of the day I had the bolt slide over the top of the round and trap it between the bolt and the feed ramps. I thought it may have been mags since I was using a couple USGI 20s, however my friend had no problems with the same mags and I did have the same problem with my single Lancer 20 rounder.

    The gun is the following.
Daniel Defense 10.3 inch LW barrel, Upper and Bolt. Colt Lower with a H buffer.
Ammo was PMC Bronze 55 grain.

I am sure it is something pretty basic but I wanted to run it by the smart people.

    Thanks.
PMC 55gr is unreliable in my 10.5". Their X-tac M855-type 62 gr. runs like a champ, along with a variety of other makes/types, but the regular 55gr PMC has issues every few rounds. Just doesn't have the needed power I suppose.
