Some of you guys have some genuine ****ing morons for friends, which doesn't speak well of you either.
I am going to guess that you do not have many friends.

Maybe he's not the one who needs fixing. Maybe you are.
One thing I love about the internet is people diagnosing themselves.

Nope, I can't stand most people socially. However, the ones I do have are top-shelf.

Was that supposed to be a criticism?

I understand. There are a lot of people who would rather have a closet full of WASRs than a pair of SCARs. I'm not one of those people.

nice pics of the song dogs. to me they're a lot tougher to kill than deer. I'm not very good at calling them in, most of the ones I've shot was while deer hunting along with a few bobcats. Keep up the good work!
No kidding, feel free to shoot some in North Dakota. we could use a couple of you to thin out the coyote "herd" up here.

Wow! I love how he is actively ashamed about the Playcog. Are irons not good enough for him?

This statement seems alot like an "Im rubber youre glue" school yard type thing. A little self reflection and analysis is a good thing, we arent always the good guys we think we are.

I use it mainly for hunting, but also for plinking, as I have a TR20-2 3-9x40 on it and like to reach out to 500 every now and then. I have found no issue with the Remington's quality vs Bushmaster or RRA. It is not up to par with my BCM. I would take my R-15 to defend myself if my BCM wasn't available. I am certain it would go bang every time however the optic on it would limit me at very close range, although I've had no problem putting down a charging coyote inside 10 yards on several occasions. I understand the reluctancy to accept the R-15 as a defensive weapon, that is not what it is. I believe it is marketed towards the hunter, and it fits that role very well. I have killed nearly 30 coyotes and countless prairie dogs with this rifle and it has performed great. If your friend has Colt's, I don't see an issue with 'letting' (wtf) him buy a R-15.

    Early pictures

After some modifications (new BCG, Troy TRX-E 13", magpul stuff, new camo brush pattern, TR20-2 Accupoint)

Not all killed with my R-15, but you get the idea of how many we kill a year. Which this wasn't all of that year either.

there is no honor in killing anything without a damn good reason.

They are Coyotes, that is reason enough. That isn't Rin-Tin-Tin lying there.

My brother saw Deliverance and bought a Bow. I saw Deliverance and bought an AR-15.
