X-300 or TLR handdeld adapter?

Does anyone make an adapter to convert a TLR or X300 to handheld use. Some thing with an angle adjustment would be great. Thanks!

the rotating thing would make it more functional, but i would just rig something together with a foregrip you have laying around and a rail section you have laying around and just be satisfied with a t light
