Good AR15 armorer in the Charlotte region, help

I'm looking for a good AR15 armorer in the Charlotte region to do a rail swap. I strongly dislike most of the gunshops in the area and would be willing to drive an hour or so to get it done. Specifically I need to have my Noveske SWS rail removed and either a Troy or VTAC TRX extreme battle rail installed. SWS will lend me their propritery wrench, I just need someone compenent to do the swap.

I live in Concord and work in Charlotte.

Got it Friday and got it done packed up today. It's being shipped back out on Monday (Tuesday if the mail or UPS isn't working). I'm flying out to Vegas for SHOT tomorrow. Thanks Again, Robb

Big thanks to Robb for the quick turn around. My goal for doing this was for weight savings and I was concerned prior to getting the rifle back that the cost would not be worth the reward. I weighed this thing at my office on a 50lb digital postal scale. Prior to rail swap it was weighing in just over 9lbs. Once I got it back it now weighs 7lbs 11oz. Almost 1 and 1/2 pounds and it makes a HUGE difference.

On a side note I thought this was interesting. I qualified at my local gun club range this weekend at 100 yards with this rifle. When in Robb's shop for the rail swap the barrel nut had to be replaced, therefore the barrel was removed and a new nut put on torqued down. My T1 in a Larue mount came off as well. When I got the rifle back I didn't really have time to re-zero for qual. Just threw the T1 back on the same rail slot and off I went. I was a tad worried but found that my zero only moved 4 inches to the right:



I was pleased. Thanks again Robb. And I am now a believer that lighter is better, for the most part.
