GotM4 is truly an AR Armorer god (little g... as only the big man gets a capital G)

Did you correct the ANGLE to M4 specs or just correct as much as needed to solve problem? Did you have to exceed M4 angles to correct? How do you measure the angle? By eye and experience? Some kind of gauge?

I changed the angle to match the ramps in the receiver. I'm pretty certain the receiver ramps weren't 'user cut'. The Mod 1 eyeball is what I used as well as feel.

How can one tell a RIFLE spring? Colt GOLD spring? I'm not sure I have ever seen one that color...

Any pics to show the differences?

They're actually bronze in color and come with a black buffer.

This is the part number for the spring and buffer from Brownells. # 160-304-025 and they cost $6.69 anything with a carbine gas system you should use a Crane O-ring or a MGI D-fender extractor enhancer.

Here's the pics of the ramps after I've done what I could, it's hard to take pictures of them. I don't have the nice lighting system like Stickman!

I didn't go shooting tonight but will on Monday, I'm off that day.

Interestingly enough. I did a little searching in Member Sales and found an upper that looks AMAZING similar to Pittbulls. 1x7 twist Bushys in 11.5" are pretty rare and the ramps looks 100% the same to me. The member that was selling it in Member Sales had 2 post and hasn't been here in quite a while. Look closely at the ramps and then at the pics Pittbull took of the ramps. Pittbulls doesn't have the Colt carrier, I think his is a Bushmaster or RRA.
