5 o' clock light mount request

Is there any tactical light mount that is mounted onto the lower part of the front sight or gas block (I only have standard handguards) at the 5 o' clock position? I'm looking for the same light mount used in the AR's in the Blood Diamond movie.

    Any suggestions are greatly appreciated!

That's probably a SureFire weaver mount or something very similar.

Any particular reason for your desire to mount it as shown?

Thanks for the quick response. I'm have standard handguards and had a front sight mount that with the light at the 1 o' clock from Midwest Industries. I'm right handed and I don't like having the light on my left side as it kind of gets in the way of my field of view and to me is very awkward also. But I found the light to be difficult to operate on my MI mount since I have to turn it on with my shooting hand and it would of been worst to use my off hand and cross over the hand guard to turn it on/off. But at the 5 o' clock position, I can operate the light with my off hand easily without having to cross over anything or take my right hand off the trigger while it still remains on the right side of my AR.

Have you considered a low profile option such as a pistol/carbine light like the Surefire X300? Mounted at the 6'o clock position using the GG&G Tactical Illuminator Forearm Mounting Rail I think it would serve the your purpose very well while being a very simple setup. The mount would (should) mount to the bottom of the standard handguards and still be quite solid.

Or better yet, an x300 on one of the mounts available that lets you put it at 12:00 in front of the sight. This configuration is growing in popularity.

Thanks for the suggestions. I actually have a Streamlight TLR-1 on my Glock but I need a stronger light on my AR then the Pistol lights. I have never used a X300 so therefore I don't know if it is as bright as I need it. My friend uses a X300 on his (I never seen him used it though) and I will ask him later. I found a picture of the Surefire mounts that TheKatar said.

On the middle one it says,
    Quote from their forum:
"674 utilizes a front sight housing mount
660 utilizes the Surefire M14 (infront of fr. sight housing - 1-11 o'clock positions) barrel mount
659 utilizes the Surefire M16 (inside of fr. sight housing - 6 o'clock only) barrel mount

Std. 1" Weaver ring mount is used for the 659/660 mount"

It says it's mounted on the 1-11 o'clock but I'm not sure that if you flip it around and mount it onto the frontsight/gas block, it could be 5 o'clock (1 o' clock is parrel to 5 o' clock). Could this be the one. What do you guys think.
