    New Noveske Stripped N4 Lower Roll Marked $200

    New Noveske stripped lower. This lower has the desirable rollmarkings and it not engraved like most other Noveske stripped lowers. This is not a cosmetic second or blem. Never been assembled into a rifle. Your dealer must accept from a non-dealer or an extra $75 charge will apply. All NFA/GCA/BATFE laws and regulations apply.
