Because I can.

Impressive.
Whats your favorite characteristics about them?
Not folding stock but collapsable, MK18. What I was issued and I'm comfortable with the platform.
Kalashnikov design with AR accuracy. Having grown up on HK weapon systems I am a fan of the diopter sight setup, Swiss rifles are extremely well made and the fact that they are made of pure rarium makes them fun to own.
That said, my first grab SBR in a rifle caliber is typically a 11.5 AR variant, but that doesn't have a folding stock.

I agree with SteyrAug, my favorite is the Sig 552. The Roll Royce of the AK design. I keep one in my "Go to bag". Very compact, 100% reliable, as accurate as any of my SBR ARs.
Best? Sig 551/2
Favorite? Galil SAR
Maybe one day I'll have a Colt SCW, then I can answer your question appropriately.
Well, I only own one SBR and it happens to have a folding stock. I chose this model/caliber for a couple of specific reasons. Mine is an SLR-107UR.
I needed something I could take to the range I periodically work at. Being short already and having the ability to instantly become almost half it's length is a huge plus. With 20 round mags it is a gun gun that balances portability and usability. I went with the -107 because of the round. As the range is in a bad part of town most of the issues happen after dark with hood rats in cars as we are coming out and closing the building.
I figure 7.62 has enough ass behind it to make it through a car body with little trouble. I don't get the same warm fuzzies about 5.45 and 5.56.
YMMV.

I'm gonna have to throw my vote to the AK 102, 104, & 105.
