Is H-1 As Rugged/Durable as T-1?

For me, being in Sweden, the temperature rating of the T-1 (-50° to +160° F) is definitely more attractive than the H-1's -20° to +140°F. Unfortunately the Aimpoint T-1 is priced at $1120 over here (yup, and I live 10 minutes from where they are manufactured).
