The upside-down scope is a really nifty idea.

The lighter OBR certainly has my attention. I want to cut that foreend back to the gas block, add on a rail for a light and a VFG and see what it'll do.

I wonder how bad the accuracy the light weight barrel on the .308 will be. I didn't find the weight of my 16" OBR cumbersome at all. I took it through a 3 day class and it didn't bother me to a point where I missed my 700.

RACS is scheduled for commercial release by Q3 2011 to early Q1 2012, so the AAC 300 Balckout RACS combo could be a reality.

Thanks SMGLee. You're the only one I could get a definitive answer from regarding the RACS chassis.
