IINM, that's the Ops Core FAST helmet. The Chin thing appears to be a separate item attached to the helmet rails. Looking at it again, the goggles are attached the same way too... The bigger question for me is, how do you aim with that thing on??
The face protection looks similar to the Revision brand "Mandible" pictured below, except that the one pictured above looks to be made out of woven soft kevlar much like the god forsaken N.A.P.E pad that Crye just had to invent to make me miserable:
OPS-CORE also makes similar products such as the side armor attachment which covers the ears and attaches to the rails on their FAST helmets.
Good for vehicle gunners for sure. I personally wouldn't wear any of that crap dismounted though.
