I put this together for my little guy a few years ago when he wanted something like one of my AR's. He's much bigger now, but it's still a fun one to shoot golf balls with.

This one was for put together for my wife who loves green.

German Bundeswehr G33, made by Anschütz in 12/56. It is built on the 54 Match system and is a single shot .22 l.r. It has a generic front sight hood on it now for range use, since the original costs something like $150 and is safely stored, as is the sling.

Stamp came back so this guy is ready for action. I selected a Volquartsen Summit toggle action receiver, then I installed a 9" KIDD barrel and KIDD 2-stage trigger. I already had the Boyd's Tacticool stock on hand and wanted to keep the form factor compact. I chopped a couple inches off the front of the stock so you can easily grab the end of the can to install or remove. Next, I opened up the barrel channel to fit the Silencer Co. Specter II can and keep it from making any contact. Since I like all of my fingers, I secured a Magpul hand stop to keep them safe.

To stay with the close-range intent, I chose a PST 1-4x24 scope with MIL Quad reticle. In all, I am very pleased with how it turned out. Accuracy is great to 75 yards, which is my intended longest shots for this guy. Beyond that, I just don't have the magnification to be as accurate as I want for small game.

    Tikka T1x, .22LR.

KRG Bravo Chassis and spigot mount. Badger/Harris BRM-S bipod, Sterk swept bolt knob and shroud.

Scope in the picture is a Steiner P4xi 4-16x56, but it's not the one I normally shoot it with.
